It can also carry items for you, if you shift-right-click on it. Juvenile goat gorillas can carry up to 5 items, and adults can carry up to 9.
Upon purchase, your current character will be given a Goat Gorilla egg in your /mob menu. Then, click to hatch it and give it a name. Then you can change its gender, other settings, and spawn it.
